MARJI PERKINS

Marji Perkins is an honors graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Masters in Taxation (1992) and Bachelors in accounting (1990). Her 21 years of experience includes two in private accounting and 19 in public accounting, 17 years with Holland & Reilly. She is the senior accountant/auditor for the firm with in-depth experience with governmental and not-for-profit organizations.

Marji maintains current memberships with the America Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Government Finance Officers’ Association (GFOA) and Florida Government Finance Officers’ Association (FGFOA). She currently serves as membership chairman for the Central Florida Chapter of the FICPA. She is past chairman of its Academic Relations and Public Relations committees and served as its Treasurer, Secretary, President-Elect and President. She has also served on the state level as FICPA Membership Committee chairman.


Personal

Marji lives in Orlando. An active community volunteer and sport enthusiast, she participates in UCF Alumni Association activities and is past Treasurer of the Orlando Jaycees and the Orlando Solar Bears Booster Club.br>
